Viktor joined Akina Ltd., previously known as LODH Private Equity AG, in autumn 2005. His main areas of responsibility are direct investments in Europe, as well as fund investments on the Iberian Peninsula. Prior to joining Akina Ltd., Viktor worked at ABB Ltd. in the Corporate Finance department. There he was mostly involved in several refinancing and capital increase transactions. Among other he was responsible in setting up tools to forecast, monitor and maintain compliance of the Group financial undertakings, efficiently monitor dividend flows and actively participated in setting up relevant financial processes for the Group to evaluate, improve and control capital investments as well as real estate transactions and valuations among its 300+ subsidiaries. Prior to that, Viktor worked at ABB Financial Services where he gained experience in private equity, being involved in the financial modelling of an alternative energy project in the wind power distribution industry. He also worked for the Treasury centre in Sweden and for the Structured Finance department in the United States, where he was also partly involved in the divestment process of this division to General Electric. During his studies, Viktor worked for Japan Tobacco International, where he was project leader for site promotion activities in Lausanne and Geneva. He also worked at De Weck & Partners where he consulted as a database developer.
Viktor is board member in several companies (direct investments) where he represent Akina’s investment in Spain, France, Sweden. In addition, he sits on the advisory boards of several European private equity funds (FR, SP, PT).
